By accessing and using RDT Servers (provided by Phoenix Solution - F.Z.E) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RDT Servers provides:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Virtual Dedicated Servers (VDS)
• Dedicated Servers
• Related infrastructure and support services

3. Account Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
• Keeping your contact and billing information current

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spamming or unsolicited bulk email
• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Adult content involving minors
• Activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee:

• 99.9% uptime for all server types
• 24/7 technical support
• Hardware replacement within 4 hours for dedicated servers
• Network availability of 99.95%

SLA credits are available for downtime exceeding these guarantees, subject to terms and exclusions.

6. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Data and Backups

While we maintain infrastructure-level redundancy, you are responsible for backing up your own data. We recommend regular backups and are not liable for data loss except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Excessive resource usage affecting other customers
• Legal requirements or court orders

9. Limitation of Liability

Phoenix Solution - F.Z.E's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Phoenix Solution - F.Z.E harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
