At RDT Servers (Phoenix Solution - F.Z.E), we stand behind the quality of our services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • First-time customers within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Services that have not violated our Terms of Service
  • Accounts in good standing without any abuse violations
  • Refund request submitted through proper channels

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Custom development or migration services
  • Services used beyond the 30-day guarantee period

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Partial Refunds

For services beyond the 30-day period, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Extended service outages (beyond our SLA guarantees)
  • Billing errors or overcharges
  • Services not delivered as promised

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • All data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • You may reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Collection proceedings for outstanding balances
  • Inability to use our services in the future
