At RDT Servers (Phoenix Solution - F.Z.E), we stand behind the quality of our services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. If you're not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- First-time customers within 30 days of initial purchase
- Services that have not violated our Terms of Service
- Accounts in good standing without any abuse violations
- Refund request submitted through proper channels
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees
- SSL certificates
- Software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Custom development or migration services
- Services used beyond the 30-day guarantee period
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Partial Refunds
For services beyond the 30-day period, we may offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages (beyond our SLA guarantees)
- Billing errors or overcharges
- Services not delivered as promised
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- All data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You may reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Collection proceedings for outstanding balances
- Inability to use our services in the future
